We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Human Resource Development Section (HRDS) is inviting applicants for the following vacant positions.

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013) :

Salary Grade / Salary : 11 Php18,549.00

Education : Bachelor’s relevant to the job

Training : None Required

Experience : None Required

Eligibility : None Required

  • Primary Functions :

  • vIdentifies vacant positions for filling-up;
  • vPublishes vacant positions;
  • vPrepares roster of candidates and prepares recommendation for deliberation by Personnel Selection Board;
  • vMonitors compliance of requirements for employment

  • vMonitors submission of performance rating / report;
  • vPrepares statistical and other reports using information provided;
  • vFacilitates and coordinates varied programs and activities related to human resource and organizational development..
