THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be primariy accountable for the management and monitoring of all Distributor (DP) allowances.

Review and analysis of P&L and case rates base on the agreed or planned Opex and structure. Part of his main duities is to handle the distributor engagement and dis-engagement execution and ensure timely closure and seamless transition.

  • He / She will work closely with Distributor Development Manager, Route-To-Market Manager and Distributor Manager and other Field Managers on all cost management and analysis of the Distributor.
  • Responsible for identifying efficiencies and provide recommendations for re-investment or improvement.
  • Do regular alignment and reporting with finance on budget vs actual and ensure timely utilization.
  • Provide regular P&L report and budget analysis to Sales Management Team and Field Managers. Identify key areas for improvement of P&L.
  • Establish regular reports of Distributors KPI Performance and identify relationship on P&L for field managers, distributors and the SMT.
  • Conduct Route-To-Market cost analysis
  • Budget forecasting and analysis
  • Understanding of all cost / revenue related to Direct Selling Office (DSO) / Distributor Partner (DP) sales operation.

    THE CANDIDATE :

  • University degree is required, Sales Finance or related field.
  • At least 3 years solid experience in sales reporting and analysis with FMCG company or large multinational company.
  • Background in sales distribution management is an advantage
  • Adept in data analysis, highly result-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in Windows application, excellent in Excel, Vlookup, Power Point and with good Project Management skills.
  • Fluency in English and local lanaguage
