TaguigTeam ObjectivesJLL’s EOS Centre of Excellence provides a range of engineering and operational risk management services to PAM and IFM clients across a number of local, regional & global private sector clients and public institution clients.
EOS seeks to transform and better service its clients through an integrated support network to support the EOS Technology MIS providing end to end support to the PAM and IFM business lines.

Role ObjectivesLead the EOS migration, transformation, stabilization and ongoing management process for the EOS Technology Platform to new accounts and sites.
Be the point of contact to our teams and vendors to manage issues relating to the EOS Technology products.Maintain a professional relationship with TDIM and product suppliers.
To ensure the operational and data standards are appropriately applied to IFM and PAM so that they can be successfully maintained.
Duties and responsibilitiesEngage with the IFM and PAM business lines to deploy and maintain the EOS Technologies to the defined operational model referencing the agreed system and JLL operational standards.
Manage deployments to new sites and accounts.Provide support and training on the EOS Technologies.Engage and build relationships with Hub EOS leads and account teams to learn from previous challenges and roadblocks.
Coordinate with account teams the collection of data for each of the EOS Technologies for deployment and maintenance.Required Qualifications & ExperienceAt least two years of experience in managing and delivering technology support and management strategies in a commercial / industrial environment at an FM level.
Demonstrated skills in detailed, fact-based analyses that drive creative problem solving.Persuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-
tasking and organizational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail.Commitment to continuous improvement, motivated can-
do’ attitude, and results-oriented.Facilities Management, IT or systems support experience.A quality and continuous improvement focus.
A common sense approach and initiative when resolving issues.High level of computer literacy.
