Your Role :

SolarWinds is looking for a Marketing Media Specialist to join the International Marketing Team & support the team’s plan and execution for their key deliverables & initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our EMEA regional marketing team and work cross-functionally to execute on broad based marketing activities.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with strong project management, organization, analytical and communication skills who can take high-level direction from internal stakeholders to complete projects successfully within cross-functional teams.

Your Impact :

  • Support with the set-up, optimization, and growth of our Non-Paid Media channels
  • Work closely with our Marketing Automation team on key regional business initiatives and optimizations
  • Support the planning, creation, and development of multi-channel campaigns
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to internal stakeholders on the progress of key initiatives
  • Analyse and continually monitor and measure all owned activities, propose and implement improvements where needed
  • Report on marketing performance and identify trends and insights
  • Collaborate with key suppliers, internal stakeholders and agencies to achieve targets
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment
  • Support the Marketing Manager to fulfil both near term and long-term goals regionally, drawing insights and pivoting to implement changes and improvements
  • Work across internal teams to support cross-functional alignment and initiatives
  • Perform operational support duties as assigned to ensure the success of the Marketing and Sales teams, and the entire organization
  • Your Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience managing webcasts or virtual events; knowledge of WebEx a plus
  • Expert in Marketing Automation Platforms; knowledge of Marketo or Marketo accreditation a plus
  • Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player who is eager to jump in and learn
  • Must have Microsoft Office skills; project management tool familiarity (Asana, Jira, Slack, etc.) is a plus
