Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board / Bar / Professional License Exam) in Law or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in Law / Legal Services or equivalent.
Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be able to work under high stress and save the company from legal difficulties
Must be well organized, and accurate in work
Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all legal matters
Job Description :
Provides legal advice on legal rights and obligations of corporations.
Researches legislative issues or statues.
Reviews and edit regulatory documents and government contracts
Drafts and review contracts such as leases, licenses, mergers, acquisitions, and more.
Supervises the staff members of the legal department and make sure that they work efficiently on various cases.
Needs to review the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management.
Required to train the newly joined staff members on various legal aspects.
Required to review contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms.
Required to deal with external law authorities.
Report preparation for assessment and presentation before the senior officials
Negotiating contracts for the company
Filing lawsuits in the court for the company
Studying lawsuits filed by an individual or other business and find appropriate methods to save and ensure minimum loss to the company
Securing company and it’s all possessions from any illegal problems
Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely
