As an HR business partner you will work directly with the organization's senior leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports organizational goals.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Independent Decisions Expected :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources or related course
Experience Target : 3-5 years of proven experience as HR Business Partner
HAS THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK IN DIFFERENT SCHEDULES NIGHT SHIFT / MID SHIFT / EARLY MORNING SHIFT (6am to 3pm or 2AM to 11AM Shift)
