Assist in the below tasks, including but not limited to :
Office Management
Meeting room / training room management
Office upkeep in coordination with the housekeeping team
Office security in coordination with the security team
Concessionaire liaison
Supplies and inventory
Filing and documentation
Coordination with third party vendors to address requirements from Factset
Transportation
Coordinate for Transportation Requirements upon direction of the Transportation Team Lead or the Facilities Management Team to ensure that all transportation needs are met timely and in accordance to the Factset Transportation Guidelines
Administrative Assistance
New Hire Processing and other requirements including but not limited to badge creation, transportation orientation, house rules orientation, issuance of welcome kits and endorsement to teams
Housekeeping
Facilitate the proper upkeep of the facilities in coordination with the housekeeping team. Management of the Housekeeping Team in coordination with the Facilities Operations Management Team
Security
Coordinate with the Security Team for Safety requirements upon direction of the Facilities Operations Management Team
Preventive Maintenance
Coordinate and assist contractors / supplies / possible suppliers with regards to preventive maintenance / maintenance work to eliminate unscheduled downtime.
Maintenance
Coordinate and assist for necessary maintenance / repairs of Factset equipment / facilities timely resolution of maintenance work
Government Transactions
In coordination with the Facilities Management Team, assist in the compliance / application / renewal of necessar
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , any field.
Position is for an entry role; no work experience required
