  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Key Competencies :

  • Atleast SHS Graduate / College Level / College Graduate
  • With atleast 6 months of BPO Experience
  • Willing to work on site
  • With good communication skills
