Main Purpose of the Job :

  • Lead, mentor and grow the UX / UI Team
  • Approves all UX / UI designs of the Digital ProductsTeam
  • Actually designs and delivers engaging and outstandinguser experience design
  • Facilitates design thinking workshops and designsprints
  • Key Accountabilities :

  • The Senior UX / UI designer will be responsible fordelivering outstanding digital multi-platform and multi-channel designs to AXAPhilippines taking into account service design methodologies and customerexperience
  • This includes design of e-commerce funnels, transactionalwebsites, mobile platforms, and chatbots
  • He / She will be consulted throughout the entire projectlifecycle to bring recommendations on service design and user experience
  • In this role, it is crucial to work closely withclients and the product management team to deliver top-of-the-linecustomer-
  • centric wireframes, prototypes and designs

  • The Senior UX / UI designer will be designing digitalexperiences that connect and support customers in AXA Philippines with anopportunity to share best practices in the global setting in AXA worldwide
  • The Senior UX / UI designer will lead and mentor otherUX / UI designers of the Digital Product team
  • He / She will conduct design thinking workshops anddesign sprints
  • He / She will work on an iconic brand, at the bleedingedge of technology, helping shape the future of insurance where AXA PH goeswhere the customer goes;
  • fully digital and omni-channel presence

  • He / She will join a growing team of UX and digitalbusiness consultants that are committed to collaborative, user-centeredapproach, through a lean and agile UX cycle
  • As part of the journey creation, he / she would need totest through affordance and / or usability testing before developing to ensurecloseness with the mental models of the target (and opportunity) markets
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • 5+ years experience in UX and / or UI design
  • Experience in designing with Illustrator, Photoshop, UXPin, Marvel App, Zeplin, etc.
  • Experience in slicing designs for front-end integration
  • Experience in service design and user experience design
  • Has several years of experience in mobile, web, and digital media design
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap or equivalent framework
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Has led a team of UX / UI designers
  • Cultural adaptability : ability to work with different cultures
  • Persuasiveness, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
  • Highly reliable; ability to assume responsibility and accountability as needed
  • Desire and ability to innovate and think outside the box
