Job Description :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Responsible for providing day to day recruiting support to assigned client group.
  • Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :
  • Provides staffing support for operational, professional or lower level managerial positions. Reviews personal requisition forms for accuracy, and ensuring that positions are viable.
  • Consults with hiring manager to develop a recruitment plan for maximum success, and develops an interview process and guide for hiring manager.
  • Interviews applicants and provides information to hiring manager.
  • Runs ads in periodicals, newspapers, some internet postings.
  • May solicit and receive funding for recruitment strategy efforts.
  • Serves as a project team member on staffing projects.
  • Requires a BA degree or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
