Recruitment and On-boarding :

  • Partner with managers on headcount or manpower requirements.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and analytics
  • Prepare job descriptions, post ads and manage the hiring process
  • Source and assess potential applicants on experience, competency & skills, education and culture add
  • Draw up plans for effective and efficient personnel hiring procedures and goals
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Update job requirements when needed
  • Conduct pre-employment background check
  • Conduct Job Offers to prospective hires
  • Training and Development :

  • Organize the annual employee performance management and probationary evaluation
  • Coordinate with managers on the training needs and organize training events
  • Arrange in-house and external seminars
  • Execute employee engagement activities and rewards
  • Employee and Labor Relations :

  • Manage the disciplinary and grievance process end-to-end
  • Administer the preparation of NTE and HR-related memo and maintain employee records
  • Resolve Human Resources related issues while ensuring the confidentiality of information
  • Provide employee counseling, as needed
  • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Assist in the development of Compensation & Benefits policies
  • Process mandatory and company-initiated benefits
  • Assist in Compensation systems roll-out (I,e. regular update of salary structure, job evaluation, succession planning)
  • Manage relationship with HMO & Life Insurance providers including administration
  • Other HR and Office Admin support :

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Facilitates implementation, development, and alignment of appropriate HR policies, processes, procedures, and practices.
  • Manage and process payroll while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assists in the timely filing and processing of government-related employee benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, etc.
  • Manage employee exit process, which includes conducting exit interviews, paperwork administration, final pay computation, and release.
  • Supervise the Administrative Assistant in ensuring orderliness and proper office administration
  • Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics for management reporting
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
  • Minimum Qualifications

    Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource Management Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
  • Required skill(s) :

  • At least 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience in General HR
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of all HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, labor laws, employee discipline, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of employment or labor laws
  • Experience on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPt)
  • Willing to work 6 days a week
  • Willing to work long hours when necessary
