Key responsibilities

  • The Front Desk Agent is responsible of ensuring the efficient checking in and out of hotel guest.
  • They are concern with the timely preparation of accurate guest bill.
  • Ensures that guest’s concern during their entire stay are attended to immediately.
  • Obtain all relevant information from the previous shift, including volume of business, special guests, tasks to be clarified and to be completed and special events.
  • Carry out administrative tasks (sorting in and sorting out of vouchers, etc.)
  • Key requirements

  • Must be Filipino Citizen
  • Professional Experience - at least one (1) year Experience as or its equivalent
  • Languages Good command of the English Language ; Knows how to speak Korean Language
  • Education - Bachelors Degree
  • Must be willing to work in Lapu Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
