  • Consistently monitor performance of branch, and motivate staff to reach targets, must be able to provide timely and apt coaching, mentoring and even counseling to staff and teams, provide better results accordingly;

    Customer Service

  • Zero complaints in all facets of the Operation
  • Ensure adherence of branch operation teams to standard procedures and guidelines set, consistently rendering active service during customer interface regardless if personal or thru other types of encounter like telephone conversation, emails, social media and the like
  • Exhibit good customer recovery process when dealing with a customer complaint
  • Collects customer feedbacks and liaises with Customer Service group accordingly
  • Facilities & Upkeep

  • Facilities must all be in 100% good working condition, this covers all inside and outside the auditoriums
  • Response time evident from the time repair requests are made up to completion time of repair, and follow ups are regularly done in between;
  • Liaises with mall concerned for requested or required rectifications in the area; e.g. all in order working properly, and no visual eyesore
  • Booking / Drawing

  • Ensure that drawings made are up to each branch’s ideal / requirement in terms of market acceptance of titles to be shown, and to ensure that revenue is maximized
  • Customer Base

  • Expand customer base by establishing contact with companies, and other potential clients within the trade area eventually close a deal, ensure that branches are grounded to their trade areas, must be able to identify opportunities to generate auxiliary sales by saturation drive
  • Competitive Check

  • Keeping up to date with competitors’ new product offerings if any, movements in the business community, expansions, new emerging players;
  • makes use of info from Research Group a valued tool to keep the business responsive

    Account Handling

  • Possibly dealing with some major customers or clients yourself, as such you must be able to exhibit mastery in dealing and handling clients to motivate staff into doing the same handling of clients
  • Education & Experience

  • a graduate of any 4 year course, Business Course is preferred but not required
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Managerial capacity engaged in Operations
  • Specific Knowledge

  • People Management
  • Written & Spoken Communication skill
  • Proficiency in computer (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Customer Service
  • Coaching & Counseling
  • Business Understanding

  • Cinema and / or snack bar concession Operations background is a plus but not required
  • Branch or Store Operations Management in general is the minimum
  • Basic Profit and Loss interpretation of the Income Statement, Notes to Expenses, other financial reports
  • Revenue and Expense drivers
