He / she prepares various legal documents such as sales contracts, such as Deed of Absolute Sale, Contract to Sell, Amendment to Contract to Sell, Deed of Assignment, Addendum, Usufruct Agreement and other Supplemental contracts or certifications and transmits to Sales Admin Team or Customer Service Team for sending out as scheduled.
He / She regularly coordinates with the sales team to assist them in their documentary requirements from pre-selling until turnover phase.
He / She safe keeps the 201 folders of clients and maintains the central docket files.
He / She regularly updates various reports such as general masterlist per project, 60-40 report, bank financing accounts and monitors unreturned contracts in real time.
