Position : Collections Team Leader

Industry : BPO Company

Location : Ortigas Center, Pasig

Schedule : Mon to Sat 9 : 30AM - 6 : 30PM

Salary : Php 22, 000 + Php 5, 000 to Php 10, 000 incentives

Job Responsibilities :

Overseeing the productivity of the team

Making sure to discipline and lead the team

Creating of daily report

Does tasks asked by the Manager

Research and implement effective collection techniques.

Recruitment Process : (Face-to-face Interview)

Initial interview with HR

Second interview with HR Manager

Final Interview with Operations Manager

Job Requirements :

Graduate of Business Administration

Handled current / last account should be under collections and as a Team Leader

At least 2 years experience as a Collections Team Leader

Should have handled OLA (Online Lending Applications)

Can handle 40 - 60 Agents

Should have a strong data analytical skills

Must have Leadership skills

Should be fully vaccinated
