You will join the Customer Engagement (CE) team which performs planning & execution tasks that are relevant to the commercial excellence field.

You will report directly to the CE Manager based in Novo Nordisk Philippines.

The Position

As Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) Manager, you will be responsible in setting the direction and driving initiatives related to multi-channel engagement across Philippines with due recognition of Novo Nordisk vision, values, and policies and in accordance with Novo Nordisk Philippines strategies and business objectives.

Specific accountabilities include but not limited to :

  • Coordinate with Business Units to implement MCE initiatives to improve productivity and business impact; develop and drive MCE activities with cross-functional collaboration in the affiliate, including platform selection, project implementation, global project localization, finding the best partners to collaborate, simplifying the process of consent and authentication, choosing the right channel;
  • maximize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, collaborate with cross functions to optimize system, and improve customer information and engagement;
  • lead roll-out of regional projects, coordinate cross functions to execute, track progress and maintain good communication with the region.

  • Manage data collected through non-personal channels; co-work with Business Intelligence (BI) team for the data analysis and building customer insight generation tool;
  • build infrastructure and focus on the implementation and operation; choose the right channel and right initiatives with Business Units team to align with our existing channel.

  • Gather insight by contacting with sales reps with the digital tool usage, monitoring the data collected during the digital activities and apply them into the MCE;
  • identify applicable solutions in the consumer industry and localize for our market to drive optimal touchpoints from the customers;
  • maximize to attract and engage our customers into our channel by developing contents with quality which will be customized for individual customers.

    Qualifications

  • You completed a bachelor’s degree preferably in medical or business disciplines.
  • You offer a minimum 2 years’ experience specializing in MCE and 4 years in marketing.
  • You have experience in operationalizing omnichannel engagement campaigns with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration or project management skills.
  • CRM technology hands-on experience is essential.
  • You have excellent English communication skills (both in spoken and written).
