  • Primaryresponsibilities include working as part of the local team in providing datareporting, analysis and administration of processes and programs.
  • Workingtogether with the Sales Team, will recommend, implement programs andinitiatives as deemed fit to create demand through data generation on theground.

  • Field Technicians will be a focal point in ensuring we increase demand onthe ground through technical and after sales services as well as othermarket-
  • ignition responsibilities as deemed fit by the Commercial Manager

    Demand Creation

  • Assist in farm Group Meetings for feeders / dealers / financiers to ensure proper feeding, product knowledge transfer, fishculture updates
  • Participate in Harvest Festivals to ensurefarmers understand Cargill advantage
  • Participate in Product / Dealer launchings tocreate awareness
  • Assist supervisor in conducting market surveysto see which feeds are being used in and around their areas of responsibility
  • BMP Reporting / sharing; D and C Reporting andsharing
  • Farm Monitoring

  • Test Water Quality at Pond / Sea Cage level toassist farmers in determining course of action
  • Work on data analysis, water quality / feed costto produce / feed conversion ratio to farms to ensure after sales service and todemonstrate the Cargill advantage
  • Provide Feeding Guide and monitor proper feedingat Pond / Sea Cage level
  • Merchandising and InventoryMonitoring

  • Dress up Pond / Sea Cage with Cargillmerchandising materials to create awareness and increase usage
  • Dress up Point of Sale (Retailers) to createawareness at store level Product Seen Product Sold
  • Monitor inventory at POS level to comply withacceptable stock levels
  • Assist in of quality control of agrochemicalsand chemicals
  • Quality control of glassware
  • Check laboratory environment, capacity, biology
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries / Marine Biologyor its equivalent university accreditation or in TESDA
  • Fresher or 1 year of experience
  • High level of tact and ability to handlesensitive financial and other confidential of information
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Officeapplications
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienceworking in the Aqua Industry
  • 1-2 years ofwork experience
  • Working knowledge of Technical and Commercial aspects of the Aqua Industry
  • Research and Development
