We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly payrolls using data sourced from the central HR information system.
You will also ensure that all payroll policies are adhered to and any exceptions are approved, payroll data is processed in a timely manner, and that payment is made to employees on time.
You will also interact with employees to resolve queries, establish working relationships with key HR professionals and escalate issues to the appropriate level when required.
We need a strong analyst with Bachelor’s degree and has at least 2 years of payroll processing experience. It is also a plus if they have an experience in payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand.
With an experience in a similar role and an understanding of this type of environment, you will have an advanced knowledge of excel, an ability to adhere to strict deadlines, openness to shifts and willing to stretch where required to meet deadlines, exposure to the preparation and review of final payrolls and good communication skills.
