The Account Coordinator helps the account management team manage resources and information. He / She will be tasked to perform some administrative tasks such as mailbox management and making outbound calls for lead validation.
MAIN DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES
Make outbound calls to leads to validate their information
Customer Service mailbox management prompt Regional Account Executives messages from customers and may be asked to reply to general inquiries
She may be required to answer and take messages from the inbound call queue
Generate simple reports that are related to tasks at hand
