Responsible for providing tier 1 Employee Relations (ER) support to managers and team members for more complex and autonomous situations, including administering employment policies and practices and researching and / or investigating team member concerns and making recommendations that effectively promote positive employee relations.
Will conduct workplace investigations and provide support to US People Leaders and Employee Relations Advisors on federal, state and local EEO and other personnel laws, ensuring consistent interpretation and application of laws, policies and procedures.
The ERSS Specialist recommends effective solutions for addressing workplace issues and corrective action in accordance with personnel policy and applicable laws, in relation to Performance Management, Unemployment Claims, Reduction in Force, among all other ER processes.
The Specialist performs required tasks and initiatives, following the guidelines and procedures established while maintaining appropriate documentation and records for Employee Relation cases.
The Specialist delivers service in a professional and efficient manner a prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
He / She assists with or leads ER projects projects that seek to establish standard reporting as well as continuous improvement to the employee relations process.
