Facilitate Change Advisory Board meeting with alignment in Change Management process.
Accept, evaluate, review and approve Change Requests with expert judgments from Change Advisory Board (CAB) members.
Provide post-mortem review for every change request activities and reflect approved changes to capacity, configuration and Asset Management.
Monitor change request implementation and provide weekly and monthly calendar of change request activities.
Provide summarize reports for successful and unsuccessful change request in every CAB review meeting.
Document and control changes in IT infrastructure.
Bachelorâs Degree in ECE, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course. ITIL certified preferable.
IT related certifications are a plus : such as ITIL or Six Sigma
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experience in a Supervisory capacity, preferably within the call center, customer service, or any communications-intensive industry.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Project, Word, Excel).
Knowledgeable of Systems, Data and Voice networking equipment, as well as their installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Good understanding of Network technology : MPLS, TCP / IP, VLANâs and other Data Network technologies.
Understanding of IT Security requirements and Data Protection Regulations including PCI-DSS, ISO27001 / 2 / 3, Risk Management frameworks.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in the English language.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak before internal and external groups.
