  • 20% Updates, receives and monitors documents and develops / maintains an efficient and effective filing and documentation system (hard and e-copy);
  • 15% Prepares materials and provides administrative support during meetings, international hostings / visits and conferences conducted by the Divisions;
  • 20% Facilitates / prepares DV, ORS, Certificates and other supporting documents for payments (mobile, PLDT, RATA travels, Catering Services and S / M suppliers) and monitors fund utilization of the division;
  • 10% Prepares, consolidates and monitors the Division’s APP, records management and other administrative related reports;
  • 10%) Performs general administrative duties to include but not limited to : photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and coordination with other offices, among others;
  • 10% Maintains a monitoring system of the Division’s meeting and hosting of international visits;
  • 5% Schedules and / or updates schedule of meetings and appointments of PDD staff using the google calendar;
  • 5% Monitors the Division’s supplies and materials, functionality of machines & equipment, furniture & fixture, lighting power supply, among others and ensures concerns are addressed and fixed; and
  • 5% Performs other administrative functions as may be assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE : Education : Must be able to read and write / Elementary School Graduate / High School Graduate or Completion of relevant vocational / trade course / Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate or vocational / trade course Experience : 1 year of relevant experience Training : 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-professional) / First Level Eligibility CORE COMPETENCIES :

  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018, January to June and July to December 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
  • For government employee only : a copy of previous appointment;
  • List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential / office address, telephone / cellphone number, e-mail address) :
  • Superior / Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client / Stakeholder;
  • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
  • Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records / diploma; and
  • Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC. Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
