Job Description :
ensures that the premiums are correct and contract pages are complete.
investigates complaints received from client / agent and suggests alternative solution to Manager.
3. Handles adjustment of records in Ingenium of underwriting cases to reflect changes requested after Auto Appraisal
4. Processes refunds of overpayments, bounced check, Not taken up(NTU), Not proceeded with (NPW); handles refund of initial premium and charge agent for NPW / NTU fees
