QA and Project Manager

Purpose of the role

The role and responsibilities of the the position is to :

1) Implement a quality assurance process applicable for all IMP functions starting by Security and Access management team.

2) Maintain a consistent knowledge for all Security and Access management analysts in Manila, Bangkok, Kiev and San Jose.

This includes training, documentation, processes, templates and sharing of data.

3) Implement and maintain a project management framework to have a consistent process for all Security projects.

4) Coordinate the progress of all projects handled by the Security and Access management team

5) Implement and maintain a reporting framework to give operational visibility to team leaders with automatic track on the performance of data analysts in all locations.

Main responsibilities

Knowledge management and KPIs

  • Oversee the current knowledge management practices as well as design new knowledge distribution policies and encourage use of the new practices
  • Design a coaching session for the team to help them access the knowledge management tools
  • Review, plan, design and implement team KPIs (cost, resources, SLAs, expected outcome) to meet operational objectives Quality Assurance
  • Determine on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • Working with Manager and Team Leader in a continuous process improvement plan.
  • Perform an operational audit and organize one-on-one session to provide result, suggestion and follow up plan to the team member
  • Project Management

  • Create a framework to have a common practice for any new project handled by the team.
  • Train the team in project management methodologies and implemented framework
  • Review the list of projects and approve / reject their implementation based on availability and priority for the team.
  • Provide monthly reports highlighting trend, progress and risk analysis for each project.
  • Reporting

  • Use current reporting tools to create and maintain an automatic dashboard containing SLA, performance by team / Data Analyst
  • Work with team leaders and manager to identify the areas of improvement
  • Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree at minimum (Computer Science or any IT related skills are preferable)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on quality assurance, project management or business analyst position.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in security and product development.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and Amadeus products
  • Good understanding of airlines / GDS environment, Amadeus products and Security and Access management activities.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills ex. Excel, Knowledge in the Microsoft Power Platform (MS PowerApps, Sharepoint, MS 365) and Usage of reporting tool.
  • English is mandatory. Other languages will be taken into consideration.
