HR Specialist - People Services
Execute key administration processes for the function to ensure operational requirements are met and that procedures and documentation are compliant with HR policy, legislation and regulatory requirements.
Assume responsibility for first line’ general HR enquiries and managing the central mailbox and respond to all HR queries to provide accurate and appropriate information or guidance, or escalate as appropriate.
Provide input and review existing policies and / or guidelines.Initiate and create process improvement projects to simplify existing tasks.
Problem-solve using information, policy, procedure, compliance, and systems information to identify best fit approach / response to meet customer requirementsEntering personal details of new employees and updating and maintaining all existing records on the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS)Ensure that all files are complete and ready for regulatory inspectionUsing on-
line systems to access data and answer customer inquiries within service times
