  • Remote or onsite troubleshooting of POS software, computers, phones, and other related devices
  • Document issues and resolutions for reference by opening trouble tickets and tracking issues to resolution
  • Support other IT-related needs
  • project-based employment of 6 months with a possibility of renewal or absorption depending on performance & business' need
  • Experience in IT related support (technical, help desk or preferably has worked in the POS environment)- fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Basic network experience : WAN, LAN, and DNS, hardware & software
  • Knowledgeable in Ticketing System
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written & verbal
  • Graduate of any IT related course
  • Amenable to work in Mandaluyong
