  • INBOUND :

  • Experience working with customer support an advantage
  • Ability to quickly understand client’s need and tactfully address challenges and concerns
  • Must have a positive attitude and be solutions-oriented
  • OUTBOUND :

  • Self-motivated and self-driven; able to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining consistently high productivity
  • Capable of quickly understanding company products and services and various event details.
  • With the ability to "solution sell" rather than selling a product
  • Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education
  • Exceptional active listening, verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice
  • Comfortable using computers and working knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
