INBOUND :
Experience working with customer support an advantage
Ability to quickly understand client’s need and tactfully address challenges and concerns
Must have a positive attitude and be solutions-oriented
OUTBOUND :
Self-motivated and self-driven; able to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining consistently high productivity
Capable of quickly understanding company products and services and various event details.
With the ability to "solution sell" rather than selling a product
Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education
Exceptional active listening, verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice
Comfortable using computers and working knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
