ECE Contact Centers is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Officer who will be involved in sourcing, recruiting, reporting, planning the overall HR strategy and assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

HR Officer Requirements and Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role

Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as Government Reporting, COMPENBEN,

recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.

Good understanding of labor laws

Proficient in MS Office and Excel

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Good decision-making skills

Strong ethical standards

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field

Additional HR education and certification will be a plus

Duties shall include the following, but not limited to :

a. Act as Point of Contact related to all HR and Admin concerns

b. In-charge of creating and updating employee 201 files, Memos, and HR internal database

c. Handle the processing of all mandatory government transactions, i.e : such as SSS, PagIBIG, Philhealth and BIR and Business Permits

d. Assist in coordinating with healthcare / insurance provider with concerns, availability, application of additional member(s) / dependent(s), and cancellation of employee membership

e. Assist in Recruitment Activities as needed

f. Assist in onboarding of new hires and offboarding of employees

g. Assist and facilitate Employee Engagement activities that will foster goodwill among the Company's employees

h. Assist in Payroll Concerns such as Timekeeping, applicable deductions based on attendance infractions

i. Purchasing of Office Supplies and maintain inventory of office equipment and property

k. Coordinate with the HR-Admin Officer all related activities to keep tasks and efforts in sync and up-to-date

m. Ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Senior Operations Manager
