Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to :
Accountable for monitoring quality and ensuring continuity and successful delivery of HR Shared Services’ (HRSS) Reliability and Performance strategy for Manila which includes continuous improvement, HR portal content and knowledge management, quality assurance and performance metrics, and training.
This includes overall oversight and ownership of the following : HRSS HR portal content and knowledge management strategy, documentation maintenance and content management HRSS continuous improvement roadmap and project execution HRSS Quality Assurance Program including strategy and reporting for QA, Service Level Agreements, performance metrics and scorecards HRSS Training Workforce Management (FTE Analysis) Business Continuity Process (BCP) Incident Investigation and Reporting HR Portal access control
Drive continuous improvement and partner closely with Reliability and Performance colleagues in other HRSS sites.
Main point of contact for all of Manila HRSS’ services including service migration and service enhancement.
Partner with Manila HRSS and the business to identify and prioritize process / service efficiencies and projects.
Manage and develop effective partnerships with all key HR partners and stakeholders.
Partner with HRSS Manila Site Lead and the business to ensure HRSS Manila continues to deliver against SLAs, agreed objectives and key performance indicators.
Also ensure the business and stakeholders are kept informed of HRSS’ performance.
Lead and manage the Reliability and Performance team located in Manila.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Business, Engineering, Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years of leadership experience
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to think strategically
Ability to think innovatively to solve complex problems
With experience leading cost savings or efficiency projects with measurable results
Can manage multiple, complex tasks and projects
Strong data analysis and reporting
Working knowledge of reliability and productivity practices
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
Experience with Workday is an advantage
Background in Lean and / or Six Sigma is a plus
