Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and learning process
State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
Maintain project documentation and course folders and deliver on time
Identify and analyze appropriate learning solutions based on training requirements.
Communicates effectively in visual, oral, and written form and deliver engaging presentations to business leaders.
Acquires and applies tested instructional design theories and new technology skills to instructional design practice and methods such as but not limited Camtasia and Storyline
Manages overall projects to ensure a globally consistent training experience that directly impacts employee success.
Write learning objectives used to measure learning outcomes and provide recommendations for interface design, sequencing of instruction, and use of needs assessments
Develop and designs course materials for traditional, virtual, constructive, and live training environments using development tools and that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners, including the demonstrated understanding of cultural differences that may apply and are rooted in adult learning principles and that provide learners with an engaging and interactive educational experience.
Collaborate / partners with subject matter experts to gather information, verify training material content, identify target audience’s training needs to produce classroom, scenario-based, and online courses (including self-led and instructor-led programs, e-learning, blended learning, multimedia content, onboarding, asynchronous learning, and other supporting materials) and engaging and effective instructional and training materials covering a range of technical, operational, and soft skills training
Assess performance outcomes to determine instructional effectiveness of course materials and review existing courses for relevancy, quality, and consistency and work with subject matter experts to implement revisions or updates as appropriate.
Leverages rapid development strategies to review existing and create learning and multimedia deliverables, including videos, e-Learning courses, in-person presentations, virtual webinars, guides, manuals, assessments, etc.
Coordinate production of education products with internal staff, including graphics and marketing to move products from content development to release.
Work with marketing and product teams to ensure content and branding alignment
Monitor industry trends and present recommendations for on-demand education, including topics of interest and delivery methods.
Continually explore new technologies for potential application to instructional problems and associated performance improvement efforts
Moderate or facilitate virtual training events for internal and external learners

Organizing & Control
Perform administrative functions in Learning Management Systems, such as but not limited to posting courses, updating user information and creating reports as requested.
Write and maintain Work instructions and scope of work for every function following the Instructional Design Methodologies
Manage multiple projects with different business stakeholders at once
Provide updates utilizing key metrics designed for the project or program
Maintain self’s proficiency with HVACR and Cold Chain Products and Services through self-paced learning platform Performs other functions as may be deemed necessary by and needed to deliver the output guided by the company's vision, mission and employee policies
Additional Functions

Requirements :
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND - Minimum 4-Year degree plus 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (i.
e. associate degree plus additional related experience).
WORK EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Experience developing technical training.
Working knowledge of adult learning theory.
Proficient in technology Microsoft Office, Online Development Tools (Articulate Storyline), Mobile Devices.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent in English communications
HVAC / R experience an advantage
Ability to adapt quick changing priorities
Project Management skills
Ability to work well with a wide range of people and related diversity
Ability to work independently to schedule and lead meetings, gather information and consistently meet deadlines for project deliverables
OTHER WORK CONDITIONS
Willing to work on shifting operations which may include weekends with scheduled days off, to support the assigned business and customers
Must be able to effectively and independently function while maintaining a positive energy level in an environment of constantly shifting demands
