Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates expertise to deliver detailed functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Guide clients towards solutions that leverage Oracle base system functionality and best practices in the industry. Guide and facilitate system configuration.
Develop functional design specifications independently for moderate to complex requirements, and develop functional designs for very complex requirements with some support from a senior designer Anticipate future customer, industry and information technology trends.
Perform Business process modelling (experience with Oracle Utilities Reference model is a plus). Review and understand multiple designs and ensure formation of a creative and cohesive solution.
Work closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Be responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction.
