Project Manager (i-Learning+) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be the primary point of contact for Group HR and Internal Business line throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
  • To be the voice between Group HR, global team(s), support team(s) and vendor(s) regarding status updates, scope changes, timelines and budgets.
  • Prioritizes project tasks, timelines and project plans that are in conflict and communicates status to Group HR, central team and senior management as needed and working closely with LMS Project Manager on technical delivery.
  • Often works with stakeholders from different parts of the world and may need to attend to calls beyond business hours.
  • Responsible for proactively monitoring performance and developing program and improvement strategies.
  • Fully responsible for scope management, change management, estimating impacts of scope change (timeline and cost) as well as managing project resource
  • Responsibilities of this position include owning and cultivating internal relationships for assigned stakeholders during implementation phase and throughout the ongoing relationship after implementation.
  • Define projects scope and requirements with all stakeholders.

    REPORTING LINE

  • Administrative Reporting to Head of Service Delivery Manila.
  • Functional Reporting to LMS Engagement Manager in PH.
  • SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet with the business teams to gather project requirements.
  • 100% Success rate on project rollouts for globel eLearning courses.
  • Maintain and improve affiliate satisfaction through strong working relationships, successful implementation initiatives and delivering value at all times.
  • Presentation Skills : Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orient an affiliate, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with affiliates about concerns.
  • Must be able to always evaluate impact to the bigger picture and develop working solutions to issues as they arise.
  • Responsible for ensuring Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions are executed for all implementation activity.
  • Consulting : Be able to lead Current State and Future state assessments around functionality and / or processes. This will include white boarding, utilizing MS Visio and determining business improvement areas.
  • Teamwork : Work closely with Global Teammates, Vendors and / or other SGS business line to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying affiliate needs and follow-up activities.
  • Project Management : Responsible for providing Global Teammates and / or stakeholders with updates to priorities, project schedules, project plans etc.
  • Documentation : Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents / deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to reporting Group HR and / or stakeholders.
  • PROFILE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Software Engineering or any related course
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent preferred
  • 3 5 + years software project management experience
  • Preferable to have experience in managing (Learning Management Systems)
  • Experience in Training or Service Industry Sector.
  • Experience of rolling out global software programs.
  • Must be fluent in English language (verbal and written)
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio) experience preferred.
  • Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills a must.

  • Able to build trust, respect and confidentiality.
  • Well organized and self-driven.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to understand other written languages using translation tools
