You will be responsible for :
Monitoring and managing the daily departmental activities.
Preparing financial reports by collecting information; and preparing balance sheet
Maintaining accounting controls by recommending policies and procedures.
Reconciling account payables and receivables for financial discrepancies
Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.
Recording and verifying payment and disbursements transactions.
Compliance with local government, financial legal requirements and new legislation in coordination with the consultants and advises the management on necessary actions.
Handling the monthly, quarterly and annual tax requirements and tax returns.
Preparation of special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends and submitting them to the management.
Certified Public Accountant
With at least 1 year work experience is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations, financial report and procedures
Experience in working with legal entities and on taxes regulations and compliance
Keen to detail and good analytical skills
Willing to have Saturday duties
