3-4 years of BPO Market, its operations, metrics, and systems.
Working knowledge of Project Management Concept and Tools.
Working Knowledge of Process Mapping, Streamlining and Documenting.
Knowledge of Business Case Preparation, Cost-Benefit Analysis & Financial Analysis; Management and Leadership Skills.
Planning and Organizing Skills; Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills.
