Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the staff to ensure the quality and accuracy of their work to have 100% error free reporting
  • Fraud Monitoring for client accounts
  • Hiring and cultivating the right team to provide outstanding service to the firm and to our clients
  • Maintaining industry contacts to be able to hire new staff when needed
  • Conduct monthly training on systems, processes and updates to compliance matters. Also suggest soft skills training to enhance the careers of the staff
  • Conduct quarterly check-in meetings not related to client deliverables but for career development purposes
  • Serve as the communications liaise for the PHL office of PSS with partners and senior manager in US
  • Ensure team compliance with PSS policies related to conduct, work quality, reporting, accountability and other KPIs as needed
  • Industry Benchmarking if needed
