Basic Qualifications :

  • Must be a graduate of BS Information Technology / Computer Science
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Must have knowledge / experience in technical support, network, and basic ticketing sytem
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.

  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Office, LAN / WAN / Firewall, VPN, and IPsec
  • Technical Support, Network, and basic ticketing system
  • Cloud server, Ubuntu server, Linux, PHP Language
  • The Network and System Administrator will be responsible for the following :

  • Perform a wide range of network administration duties and application, install, debug, upgrade, and general support.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining the good condition of the Router, Firewall & VPN connection;
  • Troubleshoot and cabling of local & direct line and LAN connection;
  • Manage & troubleshoot all networks, intranet & internet connectivity throughout the organization;
  • Provide administration in the web filtering server & proxy server;
  • Provide support on infrastructure issues as required;
  • Notify relevant staff on the arrangement to external technical support for issues or concerns which may not be resolved in-house;
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solve hardware / software faults;
  • Responsible for application support on email, web, router, and firewall configuration;
  • Provide documentation on technical reports;
  • Monitoring of security management and intrusion prevention;
  • Ensure network security and connectivity
  • Perform help desk, operations, and desktop duties as assigned;
  • Providing total support for end-users, troubleshooting Computers, Printers / Scanners, and other IT equipment;
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining the good condition of all hardware and software used by the organization;
  • Researching, evaluating, and recommending system technologies to support business requirements and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging server tools and technologies;
  • Managing the creation, deletion, or modification of user account information using company-provided software tools;
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining the good condition of all hardware and software used by the organization;
  • Installing, supporting, and maintaining servers (Intranet Server, File Server, Anti-virus Server, Storage Server)
  • Responsible for documenting the configuration of the system;
  • Periodically back up all company data and keep it confidentially safe;
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnose and solving hardware / software faults;
  • Providing total support for end-users, troubleshooting Computers, Printers / Scanners, and other IT equipment;
  • Monitoring and handling of IT Equipment and Software Documentation, and ensuring that all are properly recorded and checked;
  • Conducts the Preventive Maintenance of all IT Equipment;
  • Responsible for handling system administration duties for database, application, and other servers such as, but not limited to installing, debugging, maintaining, upgrading, and general support;
  • Collecting and reviewing system data for capacity and planning purposes;
  • Researching, evaluating, and recommending system technologies to support business requirements and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging server tools and technologies;
  • Managing the creation, deletion, or modification of user account information using company-provided software tools;
  • Coordinating with the staff including remote offices through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone;
  • Providing support, including procedural and documentation;
  • Configuring of workstation / client's equipment to connect to the Internet and Printers;
  • Ensuring all technical computer system failures must be done immediately to avoid delays of the organization’s daily tasks;
  • Helps maintain the confidentiality of the organization's data and report any loss or abuse of the system;
  • Exemplifies qualities that would encourage staff loyalty, teamwork, and dedication to the organization;
  • Any other work as directed by the IT Supervisor.
