Main Purpose of the job
The position will focus on facilitating talent management & development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs of the Company to drive performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, hiring & onboarding
Help facilitate the development of talent profiles and coordinate succession planning program
Help facilitate the Company’s performance management process
Assist in implementation of career mapping of high potentials and emerging leaders
Assist in employee engagement activities
Liaise with global L&D team as the Company’s Local Training Contact and conduct selected courses
Qualifications
Graduate of behavioral science course
At least three years relevant experience with good exposure in talent management & development
Experience working with multinational companies an advantage
Strong in MS Office especially PowerPoint and MS Excel
