This role is responsible for collaborating with the BPC Philippines business to drive business priorities and growth ambition.
The role partners the BPC LT & CCBTs to bring consumers and shoppers at the heart of decision making. Understand the division, brands, customers and the key business objectives and challenges, and be able to set relevant programmes to deliver against the objectives.
Responsible for building and developing relationships with own group of business partners at director and VP levels, Marketing, CMI, R&D and Finance.
Advise and challenge the business on strategy, key strategic choices, and investment decisions. Drive strong focus on Growth fundamentals to unlock business growth.
Deliver insights that improve innovations, content, execution, and business performance, both on top line and profit / margin.
Utilise macro trends sources and macro spaces in identifying big innovation ideas Use budget to design cost effective research programmes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness in the ZBB world, and scaling up agile research methods and tools Full cycle of Content Creation- Qualitative and Quantitative, including advanced developmental research, across both Seek and Interrupt Content, TVC and Digital Content and including last mile content (In store or E comm Content).
Lead in-market tracking / optimizations for market specific campaigns (in partnership with the PDC / media agencies) and uncover learnings and insights and embed into future campaign planning : Partner with Analytics to understand ROI drivers of the market / category Partner with the media agency / media team to understand campaign / brand performance / drivers Partner with the People Data Centre to understand Campaign-related social listening / impact of influencers / etc and marry Media KPI data.
Step up impact of digital investment by guiding more impactful digital marketing and digital content quality. KEY REQUIREMENTS : 7+ years CMI experience Strong communication and presenting skills to present externally Strong ability to understand brands and categories landscape, communication & innovation landscape in the market Good understanding of market research Interest in human behaviour / psychology Able to lead big projects and balance priorities for self and team Good analytical skills Leadership skills and potential to grow as a leader Demonstrable track record of outstanding partnership with business partners and stakeholders, communication, OTIF delivery, strong point of view, identification of growth opportunities Intellectually curious, experimentative, and very rigorous.
