Primary Job Responsibilities :
Monitor and perform data validation / quality assurance analysis
Assist in proactive data validation to catch data integrity issues
Coordinate and communicate between users and vendor support team
Coordinate and communicate between various business leaders
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve user systems and data issues
Identify opportunities to improve department operations
Continuously strive for a deeper understanding of business needs
Very Strong Background in the field of Information Technology
Strong analytical mindset
Considerable experience as a Tech support, Service Desk Specialist or Remote Desktop Support Specialist
Knowledge in Active Directory
Ability to work under pressure
Passionate problem solver
Ability to convey work and results to a non-technical individual
Proficient in using google suite
Strong interest in Quality and Data management
Experience in working with a Monitoring Software is a plus

Windows 10 OS
Intel i3 or i5 (Preferred) or AMD Ryzen Equivalent
At least 8gb RAM
Webcam and Headset for communication
Internet speed of at least 15Mbps (HARDWIRED)
