Job Qualification and Description :

1. Marketing Specialist

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Knowledgeable on poultry industry Ready-To-Lay

Experience with livestock / poultry product sales and / or integrated marketing campaigns

Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills

Working knowledge of Ready-To-Lay Poultry market research, surveys, and data analytics

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience planning and leading initiatives

Driving skills

Assist Project Director and team in development and execution of livestock / poultry marketing campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upsell, cross sell, and sales enablement

Can start asap

Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.

Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.

Can work with minimum supervision

Can work under pressure and can interact with different people.
