Key Deliverables

  • Day to day bid management of online paid media campaigns balancing channels to secure optimal performance against agreed KPIs
  • Management of agreed paid media budget in line with strategy and ensuring monthly spend is delivering expected ROI
  • Campaign set-up and execution
  • Continuous measurement and reporting to drive ongoing improvement for campaigns for acquisition and retargeting
  • Creation of paid media landing pages to optimize CTR% and Quality Score working closely with colleagues in the wider marketing domain to ensure content and landing pages are optimized for conversion
  • Key Relationships, Collaborations and Connections

  • This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and will be a key member of the growing marketing team (with close collaboration with Gen’s social media specialist, CMS developer, SEO specialist and design team) and collaborating with all domains within the Gen biosphere.
  • They will collaborate closely with digital marketing colleagues in Arcadis core
  • Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For

    The ideal candidate will have experience owning paid media strategies. It would be highly advantageous that this experience has been gained in a dynamic industry or sector, relevant to either product development or engineering.

    An ability to understand customer drivers and needs to tailor campaign content for each target audience is desirable. They will have a proven track record in bid management of campaigns across multiple channels.

    Beyond that we are looking for someone who possesses :

  • A passion for creating excellent, impactful campaigns
  • A commercial mindset to drive value from paid media spend
  • A brilliant combination of analytical skills and creativity to get the best results out of campaign activities
  • In-depth understanding of paid media platforms and experience running campaigns across multiple channels including Google and Bing Ads, Google Display Network (GDN), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook ads advertising platforms.
  • A thirst for learning constantly keeping updated on new trends, software and processes to enhance Gen’s digital marketing approach.
  • The ability to write engaging, simple and effective messaging and ad copy tailored closely to our customers
