  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Marketing, Advertising / Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
  • Strong grasp of Media Channels and Marketing Strategy
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • Fluent in both English and Filipino
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • With excellent presentation skills and data analytics skills

  • Research and analyze a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data
  • Present findings to the marketing team to help guide the direction and activities of the department
  • Develop new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces
  • Work with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials
  • Identify the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public
  • Enforce brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to each campaign
  • Provide expert direction and insight to marketing staff members throughout each project or campaign
  • Provide accurate research and market information
  • Track marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback
  • Adjust marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts
