The SAP CustomerExperience Presales Specialist possesses advanced knowledge of SAPCustomer Experience and partner software solutions focused inCustomer Engagement, Customer Experience, CRM and Commerce areasand participates in sales cycles as a member of the virtual accountteam in support of the sales account strategy.

A SAP CustomerExperience Presales Specialist interacts with prospective customersthrough discovery conversations, product solution demonstrations,executive presentations and follow-updiscussions.



  • Compose and deliver superior sales presentations covering SAP, SAPCustomer Experience and partner software solutions to prospectivecustomer audiences looking to improve their customer experience andengagement.
  • The presentations must articulate the sales message,differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression toaudiences which can include senior companyexecutives.

  • Prepare and deliver value-based softwaredemonstrations / presentations in support of sales cycles.Preparation includes personalization of materials to ensuredelivery of a simple, appealing and compelling customerpresentation.
  • In advance of a demonstration or key presentation, conductdiscovery sessions with representatives from the prospectivecustomer in order to build relationships with the customer andunderstand their uniqueneeds.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP and SAP Customer Experiencesolutions and appropriate industries in order to maintaincredibility with prospective customers.
  • Provide proof points withrelevant customerstories.

  • Support RFx completion in support of customerproposals.
  • Ability to effectively present to customers remotely usingvirtual technologies (SAP Virtual Studio and AdobeConnect).
  • Provide limited post-sale support to key customers primarily to theproject / implementation team to ensure a smoothtransition.
  • DemandGeneration

  • Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site andremotely.
  • Support Design Thinking workshops to promote new and innovativesolutions for customers andprospects.

  • 2+ yearsof presales experience, preferably with commerce, marketing and / orCRM solutions
  • 2 -5 years of solution specialist(or equivalent customer facing) experience in commerce, marketingand / or CRM solutions
  • Demonstrates 3-4successful engagements leading small teams on small-mid-sizeddeals
  • Extensive knowledge / expertise on end toend processes / solution matching
  • Experience insales and sales processes
  • Excellentpresentation and communication skills
  • English : proficient
