As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be delivering support to customers and clients of the biggest product brands worldwide. You’ll be in charge of :

  • Answering incoming calls from our customers
  • Providing solutions to customer inquiries / requests
  • Guaranteeing customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilizing various Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Provide leading-edge service in a welcoming, assured and knowledgeable manner
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • At least high school graduate
  • Experience of at least six months in the BPO industry is preferred, but applicants without work experience are welcome to apply
  • Excellent English Communication skills - verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule including graveyard shift and during holidays
  • Good team player
