    The Call Center Head of Sales & Delivery provides leadership, direction and stewardship to the Philippines sales organization and is responsible for developing and maintaining the sales function ensuring revenue growth across our direct sales channel.

    The RVP is accountable for the sales organization’s sales performance, the profitable achievement of the organization’s sales goals, and for aligning the organization's sales objectives with the regional and global company business strategy and objectives.

    Main Activities & Responsibilities :

  • Leads a high performing Sales organization able to achieve superior results, growing business with existing customers, closing new opportunities
  • Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong communication skills, showcases transparent and trust building behaviors, adept at change management processes and execution
  • Attracts, recruits, trains, and retains exceptional diverse sales talent and perspectives in the organization
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Taps into strengths and leverages the differences of diverse talent to optimize efficiency, productivity and effectiveness.
  • Creates a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement in combination with developing a culture supporting safe, open, inclusive and accepting working environments.
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with other colleagues and teams globally to meet shared objectives. Promotes cross-functional understanding.
  • Maneuvers comfortably through complex organizational dynamics; effectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
  • Prioritizes and coaches to maximizing value of our assets while solving customer issues
  • Manages the sales organization, operations (budget, headcount, expenses) and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Has a command of the business as a whole and utilizes analytical capabilities and deep tactical and strategic knowledge of their own business to perform diagnostics on the health of their business.
  • Applies this business and marketplace knowledge to advance the organizations goals.
  • Understands global perspective and takes a broad view when approaching issues, using a global lens
  • Creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful and fosters an environment where positive energy is created and sustained, innovation thrives, and employees are committed to professional growth.
  • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales leadership experience working with sales technologies and CRM software
  • Managing a team of 50+.
  • Investment House / Banking Sector / Finance Sector a HUGE plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep and sales leader progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Collaborative servant leadership style
  • Technical knowledge a plus including network infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, Enterprise hardware and software
  • Experience selling in a global, large account management environment
  • Master’s degree in business-related field is a plus
  • A proven track record of developing and winning new business - achievement / over-achievement versus annual quota ownership
  • Strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to manage and analyze all areas associated with sales activities and processes to ensure primary goals are achieved and appropriate attention is dedicated to prospecting and calling on clients.
