The Territory Account Manager position is highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support and sales development with respective accounts.
Leads selling efforts to grow sales and works with Sector / District Manager and Key Account Manager.Maintains relationships with key customers in territory coverage.
Ensures sales achievement, within expense budget and profitability, is achieved.Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of current customers through white spot analysis.
Recommends action plans and solutions to immediate superior to address concerns of customersServices existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
Ensures service standards are followed within the area to ensure maximum account retention.Ensures all company inventory and assets (equipment, tools, vehicle) are maintained in good working condition.
Ensures on-time account receivable collection and prevent overdue.Complies and enforces compliance on all company safety guidelines.
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or any science major2 years job experience in Sales and Account ManagementGood English communication skills, both in writing and in speakingHigh sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook.
Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a collaborative work environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
