Manage digital analytics inrelation to i) eCommerce and digital campaign performance, II) digital assets (website / My AXA) traffic analysis.
Report performance ofdigital marketing campaigns and digital assets against goals (ROI and KPIs) andprovide recommendation to improve performance to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with theDigital Marketing team and external Digital Media agency to assist with datacollection and reporting on campaigns.
Collaborate with theDigital Development team to ensure the tracking is properly set up andimplement recommendations.
Support the Head of CRM indeploying the digital data strategy and identify gaps in the digital datacapture strategy.
Digital Project Management
Create and maintain anonline business plan for the eCommerce activities.
Define digital solutions / assets to improve the overall digital customer experience based on digitalassets performance, trends and insights (eCommerce / eServicing).
Manage the deployment ofnew digital solutions to increase our eCommerce performance and our e-servicingstrategy in collaboration with the Digital Development team to ensure thedeployment of our digital assets on time and on budget
Suggest and execute ABtestings to drive fundamentals improvements to the site experience : fromhypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics andpost-test analysis.
Collaborates on creationof project plan with the digital development team.
Define and monitor KPIsfor each initiative.

Coordinate theoptimization of existing assets and new digital assets development.

Knowledge / Background / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree holder
6 to 7 years of workingwith standard web analytics tools and Digital Project Management.
Digital marketingexperience and keen interest in Digital Customer Journey design, ideally in aneCommerce environment.
Good communication skillsand ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources. Experiencemanaging a team of people / cross functional teams.
Technical / Functional Skills :
Understands web ecosystemsand best practices to increase eCommerce performance.
Strong digital projectmanagement skills, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
Understanding of webdesign and web analytic software (Google Analytics certification) in relationto online paid media campaign strategies (SEM / PPC and SEO campaigns / efforts) andsuccess measurement preferably in an eCommerce environment.
Strong analytical skills toprovide insights on customer behavior using available data to influence improvementon digital assets.
Experience in data visualizationtool would be a plus.
