Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities

  • Excellent hands on experience on Windows and Linux Operating systems.
  • Assist all staff with general computer operation and desktop application software questions and problems
  • Provide end to end technical support including troubleshooting issues related to computer hardware, network / internet connectivity, messaging and other software applications
  • Troubleshoot staff PC problems of all complexity, often requiring examination of underlying PC, OS, configurations and application software
  • Provide telephony support in performing remote installation and remote trouble shooting
  • Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment
  • Identify and / or assist with resolution to customer access issues
  • Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Computer Science required with two to three years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverable
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
  • Flexibility to stretch & deliver within timelines.
  • Rotational Shifts, willing to work predominantly in night shifts, 24 / 7 environment.
