Define strategy, objectives, project scope, and business requirements for various new or improved projects and facilitate the successful rollout and adoption of new systems, processes, etc.
Work multi-functionally with key leaders within the organization to ensure timeliness in terms of project delivery
Supervise existing workflow, processes, and industry trends to suggest areas of potential improvement.
See opportunities to improve workflow and build supporting documentation for review by peers and management
Perform other duties required and assigned
Must be willing and able to travel on occasion
Might include Vendor Management to supervise site overall performance based on specified key performance indicators.
Bachelor's degree. With 8 years of Project Management experience
Certifications in any of the following is a plus : COPC Vendor Management / Agile Project Management / PMP
Proven expertise in leading global or regional projects related to new business or site build-out
Ability to get results and influence the key leaders of different multi-functional groups
Strong verbal / written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Solid attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Sales and Services Operations background is a plus
Strong IT Infrastructure is required (Hardware, Network, and Operating System) including endpoints
Proficient at identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools, and techniques and the ability to follow through on implementing these improvements.
Valuable Qualifications :
Ability to think methodically and to break sophisticated problems into manageable chunks and identify a critical path
5 years of experience working in a Technical Support Environment is a plus
Solid experience with SaaS technologies and telecommunications / VoIP technologies is a plus
Familiar with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Ability to understand and apply technical concepts.
Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work and actively contributes to the team and enjoys collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction.
Demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting and analysis skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial Customer Care organization.
Must be a strong leader who is highly upbeat and a motivated standout colleague.
