The Manager of Training and Quality Assurance will be responsible for the management of the Training and

Quality Monitoring teams in Risk and Compliance. The Training and Quality Teams ensure Risk maintains strict

standards as determined by Client and internal policies, procedures, regulations, rules, and laws. The Manager

ensures the Training Team develops training and procedural content and delivers training and coaching - and that the Quality Team monitors risk processes via a statistically relevant sample, regularly reports results to Sr. Management, and assists in

identifying and addressing problem areas.

Duties :

  • Manage teams to support risk goals of efficient and effective processes that produce compliant and error free processing.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, rules, laws, and regulatory expectations are aligned with the activities of the risk teams.
  • Provide reporting on training, procedural and monitoring as instructed by Management
  • Project manage Audit responses for Client Bank's and other projects, as required
  • Partner with Management to develop and implement a comprehensive plan to address identified performance or compliance issues and assist in maintaining the highest service standards
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Additional duties :

  • Develop and implement a continuous training program for professional and theoretical development for risk employees
  • Provide regular reporting on training outcomes and make suggestions for further training improvement
  • Develop and implement a robust monitoring and control programs based on organizational compliance
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred
  • 3+ years Banking, Finance and / or regulatory experience
  • at least 1 year of Managerial experience in Training and Quality
  • 3 to 5 years experience in Training and Quality
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Willing to work in BGC Taguig
  • Willing to work on different shift schedules especially graveyard
  • Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word
